![]() I will say it was nice that they did allow for you to work from home for some time. They will provide nice compensation but honestly it isn’t worth the stress. They honestly do not care about their employees. This job is mentally tiring- that’s why a lot of employees are burnt out. I feel like overall they do strive to have the best call center experience for their members, but it is not the best for their employees and overall make us look bad as the companies point of service. And our system that we use as employees never works correctly which overall doesn’t help us to effectively do our job. But most of the time we get the calls it’s because of members asking about something they previously inquired about before that was never resolved. They say the reason they do is because they want us to see if we can really help them first before they “try to help”. The supervisors can provide a lot of push back when it comes to calls. They constantly audit your calls, put unrealistic expectations for the customer service when the company is doing half - a job as well. They expect you to meet high expectations but don’t put in the place to do so. (Our union rep said we were not to work if we weren’t - more. They wanted you to sign on at 8:15 to have all applications open when we couldn’t punch in until 8:27 and had to stay on the phones until 5:02 even though we only got paid through 5pm. It got to the point that it was affecting me mentally and physically. Management would send IM’s to us and expected you to answer right away even if you were on the phone with a provider. I was sent a picture of myself on webex without my headphones on questioning me why I didn’t have them on when I had permission from the trainer to take them off while taking a test. It was to the point it felt like being harassed. We were taught at least 15 different systems along with a ton of information in a short period of time and were scolded if someone happened to forget something. As new employees we weren’t supposed to receive calls on that level. Taking call after call with not even a second break in between to take a breath or sip of water. What is a typical day like for you at the company? They have a Hybrid schedule, so you work from home three days a week and go in two. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Unrealistic expectations, management that only comes in to tell you something negative, old antiquated systems along with newer non user friendly systems. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Some of the people that work there are very nice What is the best part of working at the company?
